Global Fitness Saratoga (formayoully World Gym) is located in the center of Saratoga Springs. This center is over 17,000 square feet with plenty of parking, and features TV monitors, babysitting services, tanning with upright Peacock booths, a pro shop and an Extreme Blendz highly nutritious shake bar. This newly renovated center is just bursting with excitement.

Global Fitness Glens Falls is our brand new fitness facility located just off Rt. 9 behind the Heritage Apartment Buildings. This center offers free-weights, state-of-the-art Life Fitness pin select and Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment. Just getting back to the gym or want a little privacy while you work out? Our private 30-minute circuit will be just right for you. Experience our World Class Group Fitness classes in our newly-built 3000 square foot Les Mills Group Fitness Studio BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyStep, BodyJam and RPM cycling. Other services and amenities include LCD TV's, magazines, towel service, and locker rooms with showers, personal trainers, pro-shop, baby-sitting services and Tanning.
